Oh, I adore Sayers. I got sucked in young, so I can skate a little bit over Peter's "jangliness" (lol, what a great way of putting it). I enjoy her geekiness and the loving descriptions of everyone's living spaces, and all that.
If you like the setting-heavy books particularly, I think Murder Must Advertise -- set in, you guessed it, an advertising agency -- is a potential winner!
